PS: Штаты и так уже доигрались до того что американским гражданам живущим заграницей тупо кругом стали отказывать в открытии счетов (слишком геморойно всю отчетность для штатов делать, а связываться не охота... во всяком случае крупным банкам). В итоге получили вот такие вот интересные моменты:

Надо России под прикрытием ракет восстанавливать нормальный анонимный банкинг уровня Швейцарии до 2й мировой войны. Будет явно пользоваться спросом и успехом.
